Si no es as\u00ed, <\/span><b>antes de meditar debieras hacer estiramientos de las extremidades para aflojar tensiones y centrarte en el momento presente.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pod\u00e9s practicar <\/span><b><i>yoga mudrasana<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: sentarte en la calma colocar la palma de mano izquierda sobre la derecha con los pulgares conectados y concentrarte en la respiraci\u00f3n nasal diafragm\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2- Prepara la Mente y relaja el cuerpo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Debes decidir el tiempo que quer\u00e9s meditar. Elige un lugar tranquilo, descon\u00e9ctate de todo. C\u00fabrete del fr\u00edo, dado que la temperatura baja. Col\u00f3cate en postura meditativa: espalda, cuello y cabeza alineados. Debes tener en claro tu intenci\u00f3n y recordar el objetivo m\u00e1s elevado, tu raz\u00f3n para meditar. Una vez sentado, sintoniza con cada parte de su cuerpo. Empeza por los dedos de los pies, relajando hasta llegar a la coronilla. Cuando est\u00e9s relajado trata de no mover el cuerpo. Cualquier movimiento f\u00edsico distraer\u00e1 la mente.<\/p>\n<h2><b>3- Concentra la mente<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3n <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es una herramienta maravillosa para <\/span>llevar la concentraci\u00f3n a niveles m\u00e1s profundos<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span>Observa tu respiraci\u00f3n c\u00f3mo ingresa por la nariz. S\u00e9 paciente y conc\u00e9ntrate en el aire que ingresa y egresa de las narinas<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pod\u00e9s incorporar ritmo: inhala en 6 segundos, ret\u00e9n en 4 y exhale en 8.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4- Expande tu conciencia y agradece<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Lleva tus pensamientos hacia su actitud o virtud: un objetivo elevado como la libertad de los apegos, la paz interior, la autorrealizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Agradece este momento<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, no te levantes de golpe para seguir tu vida cotidiana, acabas de conectar con tu interior, con una fuerza diferente. <\/span>Intenta llevar esa calma a tus actividades diarias.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a
