Tranquilo, esto no se trata de comer menos, ni morirse de hambre ni ponerse a dieta.<\/p>\n<p>La macrobi\u00f3tica contempla que comas lo que vos quer\u00e9s, pero que <strong>lo hagas dentro de una proporci\u00f3n que determinada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto que, los macrobi\u00f3ticos avanzados, van modificando sus esquemas acorde a su salud o a la necesidad del momento (por ejemplo, si est\u00e1n haciendo ejercicio para ganar masa muscular.
