Todos podemos ayudar a nuestro cuerpo a digerir bien los alimentos solo con una torsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una rotaci\u00f3n lateral del tronco con la cadera fija de frente en posici\u00f3n de sentado.<br \/>\nLa torsi\u00f3n produce una presi\u00f3n en la zona baja del abdomen (zona intestinal) que genera una mayor circulaci\u00f3n. Sentate con las piernas cruzas<\/h2>\n<h2>2. Coloc\u00e1 tu brazo derecho al costado de tu pierna izquierda. Y el brazo izquierdo apoyado en el suelo por detr\u00e1s, a la altura de tu columna<\/h2>\n<h2>3. Ahora gir\u00e1 tu torso hacia la izquierda con tu cabeza tambi\u00e9n en el mismo movimiento<\/h2>\n<h2>4. Inspir\u00e1 y exhal\u00e1 en forma nasal y diafragm\u00e1tica en cada torsi\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n<h2>5.
