Los vegetales m\u00e1s duros (como la zanahoria y calabaza) conviene cortarlos bien finos para que acompa\u00f1en el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n del resto.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar en la sarten \u00f3 wok el aceite, calentar bien.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar luego las verduras cortadas comenzando por la cebolla, la zanahoria, calabaza, y continuar agregando el resto de los vegetales.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando las verduras
