Por acci\u00f3n refleja pulmones y sistema respiratorio.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando ponemos en movimiento nuestro cuerpo o con una postura que demande una tensi\u00f3n muscular sostenida estamos generando que se active nuestro sistema circulatorio y con ello la sangre transporta ox\u00edgeno a los tejidos y recoge las sustancias de desecho ya sea para purificarlas o para eliminarlas. Piernas juntas, rodillas extendidas. Abdomen y gl\u00fateos contra\u00eddos .
