A medida que corregimos la alimentaci\u00f3n incorporando los cereales integrales con mayor frecuencia, comienza a suceder que esa necesidad desaparece producto de que \u00e9stos alimentos producen una liberaci\u00f3n paulatina de glucosa, que es mucho mas beneficiosa para nuestro cuerpo principalmente para el cerebro.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que sucede al llevar adelante una alimentaci\u00f3n desequilibrada, es que el cuerpo recibe picos de glucosa, que generan a su vez picos de insulina, con la posterior depresi\u00f3n de la glucosa y all\u00ed nace la necesidad de consumir algo nuevamente.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras vamos llevando adelante la adaptaci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n a integral y equilibrada, \u00f3 para disfrutar en una tarde de t\u00e9, te presentamos \u00e9sta receta para&nbsp; esos momentos&#8230;.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Tarteletas dulces<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La masa base es la misma que para las tarteletas saladas pero podemos reemplazar la sal por un poco de az\u00facar rubia \u00f3 mascabo (100 g) y agregar ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Para el relleno<\/strong>: frutas frescas de estaci\u00f3n como ser&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manzana, mango, anan\u00e1, kiwi, mel\u00f3n, uvas cortadas en &nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rodajas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c\/n coco rallado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c\/n crocante de man\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2155\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2155\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2155 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/fhers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Copia-de-IMG_4144-1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2155\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">dulce de mango<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Opciones: caramelizado de manzanas, mermeladas de fru<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tas casera.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El caramelizado de manzanas se hace con manzanas rojas \u00f3 verdes seg\u00fan se prefiera, se pela la fruta, se la corta en rodajas coloc\u00e1ndolas en una sart\u00e9n a la hornalla, colocarle una pizca de sal marina para que realce el sabor, y az\u00facar rubia \u00f3 mascabo a gusto de acuerdo al dulzor que se busque. Dejarlas al fuego hasta que queden cocidas. Puede requerir agregar un chorrito de agua durante la cocci\u00f3n para que no se peguen \u00f3 se queme el az\u00facar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a
