En nuestro cuerpo est\u00e1 representado por los brazos, en especial por los<strong> hombros<\/strong> y de los \u00f3rganos: los <strong>pulmones.<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00edjate la relaci\u00f3n de lo dual del signo, con las estructuras corporales sim\u00e9tricas. Posici\u00f3n de cuadrupedia : manos apoyadas debajo de los hombros. Codos extendidos. Rodillas a 90\u00ba de pantorrillas y 90 \u00ba la flexi\u00f3n de cadera<br \/>\n2. Inspir\u00e1s lento y profundo y desde la pelvis inici\u00e1s el movimiento para arquear la columna, hundiendo el pecho y metiendo la cabeza entre los hombros. Exhal\u00e1s y afloj\u00e1s hacia la posici\u00f3n inicial.<br \/>\nRepet\u00eds 3 veces<br \/>\n3. \u00cddem pero al inspirar vas a llevar una pierna hacia atr\u00e1s y arriba<br \/>\n4.
