Se encarga de la absorci\u00f3n de minerales, vitaminas y otros nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto este mes es hora de chequear como nos encontramos con el <strong>trabajo y la salud<\/strong>, si somos prolijos a la hora de distribuir los recursos, quiz\u00e1 asociarlo con el tiempo que le dedicamos al trabajo y si repartimos equilibradamente el descanso para que no afecte a nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO A PASO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1- Flexion\u00e1s el torso al frente desde posici\u00f3n de pi\u00e9&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3017\" src=\"https:\/\/fhers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/42460423_710324675988233_5219197550329856000_n-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\"><br \/>\n2- Separ\u00e1 las manos y dej\u00e1 que los dedos lleguen al suelo. Coloc\u00e1los a unos 3 cms por delante de tus pi\u00e9s<br \/>\n3- Presion\u00e1 con los dedos de tu manos izquierda contra el suelo a la vez que permit\u00e9s que tu pierna izquierda se flexione levemente<br \/>\n4- Estir\u00e1 tu brazo derecho hacia arriba y hacia atr\u00e1s por encima del hombro, permitiendo que se abra bien el torso hacia la derecha.<br \/>\n5- Trat\u00e1 de estirar la espalda y manten\u00e9 la postura durante tres respiraciones<br \/>\n6- Te pon\u00e9s de pi\u00e9 , inspir\u00e1s y exhal\u00e1s con los brazos en alto tres veces y repet\u00eds hacia el otro
