El procedimiento de elaboraci\u00f3n es una antigua tradici\u00f3n oriental: se&nbsp;tuestan&nbsp;por separado los granos de sal y de s\u00e9samo. Luego son molidos conjuntamente en un mortero&nbsp; con lo cual cada grano de sal queda recubierto del aceite de s\u00e9samo que liberan las semillas y gracias a esto, el gomasio no provoca sed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Las proporciones son&nbsp;10 a 12 cucharadas de semillas de s\u00e9samo&nbsp;integrales crudas&nbsp;por cada cucharada de sal marina.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Hay que cuidar que las semillas de s\u00e9samo se tuesten ligeramente de manera homog\u00e9nea, removi\u00e9ndolas varias veces en el sart\u00e9n y que no se vayan a quemar, es por eso que conviene hacerlo a fuego moderado. Se puede espolvorear sobre lo que quieras, ensaladas, sopas, una&nbsp;rebanada de pan,&nbsp;etc. Sobre el arroz en reemplazo del queso rallado!!<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Probalo, es f\u00e1cil de hacer, te dura 8 d\u00edas conservado en un frasco bien cerrado y estar\u00e1s aportando a tu cuerpo un alimento de elevado contenido nutricional que colabora en alcalinizar la sangre.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Si dejas de darle a tus ni\u00f1os chocolates, az\u00facares, miel, y agregas a su ingesta diaria al menos&nbsp;4 cucharadas de gomasio al d\u00eda ver\u00e1s como&nbsp;les mejora el humor y estar\u00e1n m\u00e1s alegres. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Nota: las personas que sufre de tensi\u00f3n arterial elevada deben controlar su consumo de gomasio por el contenido de
