Hoy,\u00a0 Capricornio, representa \u00abla acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u00bb y por otro lado \u00abla madre\u00bb. Es hora de chequear que estamos haciendo con estos puntos. Si no ten\u00e9s hijos, no importa, el rol de madre se cumple a veces con ni\u00f1os no propios, y tambi\u00e9n debemos revisar como es o como fue nuestra relaci\u00f3n con mam\u00e1. Con respecto\u00a0 a la acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica podemos ver si hacemos \u00abbuen o mal uso\u00bb y si no actuamos en ese \u00e1rea, si nos afecta\u00a0 y como nos impacta como la utilizan otros &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO A PASO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1- De pi\u00e9 piernas separadas, posici\u00f3n de zancada profunda. Flexionamos el tronco hacia adelante con las manos apoyadas a los costados del pi\u00e9 adelantado, y vamos a dejar que la cadera se mueva descendiendo y luego volviendo a la posici\u00f3n de la foto. Esta parte del ejercicio es activa . Vas a sentir con este movimiento de resorte como se comienzan a lubricar las articulaciones de la cadera, rodillas, tobillos y tambi\u00e9n las v\u00e9rtebras de la columna<\/p>\n<p>Repetimos 5 veces<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-4603\" src=\"https:\/\/fhers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/49132503_1685110938259855_1502895136604946432_n-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2- Desde esta posici\u00f3n, enderazamos el tronco y pasamos a la posici\u00f3n del \u00abguerrero\u00bb , extendemos los brazos en cruz y girando el tronco respiramos 3 veces soteniendo desde el centro para deshacer la figura y volver a la posici\u00f3n de zancada.<\/p>\n<p>Cambiamos de pierna y repetimos 3 veces<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium
