En este caso,\u00a0<strong>Acuario<\/strong> representa las <strong>amistades, los grupos, las fraternidades y el uso de la libertad<\/strong>. No estar\u00eda de m\u00e1s reflexionar si somos amantes de movernos en grupo o preferimos estar solos. Si nos entregamos a la pertenencia y dejamos fluir la energ\u00eda del trabajo en equipo, que sabemos que es mucho m\u00e1s potente que la individual -ya que requiere del olvido de uno mismo en pos del resultado para todos-. Esto <strong>\u00abacelera la locomoci\u00f3n hacia cualquier a la meta\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hoy vamos a hacer un ejercicio\u00a0 para la zona. Acordate que \u00e9sto es <strong>Movimiento Consciente<\/strong> por lo que tu plena atenci\u00f3n debe estar puesta en cada gesto y respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO A PASO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1- De pi\u00e9, columna erecta, gl\u00fateos contra\u00eddos, sosteniendo desde el centro, del abdomen.
