En este caso ten\u00e9s que meditar tus v\u00ednculos con hermanos, primos, vecinos y amantes ( si te los permit\u00eds) .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PASO A PASO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1- Sent\u00e1te con las piernas cruzadas en posici\u00f3n de Loto. La columna erguida, los hombros normalmente hacia atr\u00e1s. realiz\u00e1 una inspiraci\u00f3n profunda por nariz al diafragma y exhal\u00e1 por boca<\/p>\n<p>2- Coloc\u00e1s tu brazo derecho por el costado de la pierna izquierda. Inspir\u00e1s profundo y mientras apoy\u00e1s tu mano izquierda detr\u00e1s, a la altura de la mitad de la espalda, realiz\u00e1s una torsi\u00f3n de tronco poniendo toda tu atenci\u00f3n en la zona tor\u00e1cica. Respir\u00e1s tres veces completas<\/p>\n<p>3- Lo mismo para el lado contrario. Pod\u00e9s realizar 2 sries de tres respiraciones de cada lado<\/p>\n<p>Lo importante en estos movimientos es llevar la respiraci\u00f3n hacia la zona indicada<\/p>\n<p>y registrar las im\u00e1genes
