Y no son pocos: el 50% de tu plato, para que sea equilibrado, tiene que ser un cereal integral. Hoy te vamos a ense\u00f1ar c\u00f3mo cocinar el Arroz Yaman\u00ed, que es el cereal m\u00e1s importante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque el Arroz Yaman\u00ed est\u00e1 conformado por siete capas distintas. Es decir, tiene <strong>en su interior la proporci\u00f3n 7 a 1 de energ\u00eda yin-yang tal como la encontramos en la naturaleza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Y hay algo que es muy importante que sepas: el Arroz Yaman\u00ed no se puede cocinar de cualquier manera. Una mala cocci\u00f3n (por ejemplo si lo cocinamos como el arroz blanco) har\u00eda que se pierdan varias de esas capas.
