Sent\u00ed como se estira la parte posterior de tus piernas y como se abre la cadera.<\/p>\n<p>2- Ahora acost\u00e1te sobre la espalda y elev\u00e1 las piernas extendidas de manera que formen un \u00e1ngulo recto con el suelo.
